The amount of revisions you are entitled to is determined by the package you select, and you may request the number of revisions mentioned in your package specifics. Our first aim is to provide our customers with high-quality services, and we will continue to revise until you are satisfied. If the design concepts remain unchanged, you will not be charged any further fees. You will get your redesigned design within 48 hours.

If you are dissatisfied with the first logo or website designs, you may request a full refund for your project up to the amount paid within 48 hours of receiving the designs. You are not eligible for a refund once the project design has been approved.

TURN AROUND TIME.

Emergent Digital normally completes most design services in 48-72 hours, which is the time required for a single iteration of the design stage. This does not represent the overall time required to accomplish a project from beginning to end. Depending on the type of service, the revision procedure may take between 48 and 72 hours, or two working days. For example:

If you order a logo or request adjustments on Monday, the final work will be delivered by Wednesday.
If you order a logo or request adjustments on a Friday, you should have the completed work by the end of the day on Tuesday.

REFUND RULES

Although Web Design Sigma offers a 100% refund on all of its design services, it’s crucial to remember that there are still restrictions and that the reimbursement is not cumulative.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND FROM Emergent Digital :

if you have chosen a custom or special package.
Any service’s initial design concept has already received approval.
The logo is finished and ready to use.
The website has been created, developed, and is currently operational.
You’ve asked for changes to be made.
The cancellation was made for non-project-related reasons.
It has been over two weeks since we last spoke with the company.
There has been a violation of corporate rules.
For the same job, a different business or designer has been contacted.
The relevant details are missing from the creative brief.
A total redesign of the layout has been asked for.• The allotted time frame for the refund request has passed.
The company is closing, rebranding, or changing what it does.
Under no circumstances can refunds be granted for non-service-related reasons including relationship disagreements, changes of heart, or other reasons.
After speaking with their project manager, a client may be qualified for a 50% refund after approving several rounds of modifications (for any service).
The administration of Web Design Sigma will decide whether to approve the refund.
The management’s decision on the case will be final.
In the event that a customer purchases a service bundle and is unhappy with any one of the services, the refund will only be applied to that one service and not the bundle as a whole.

A cancelation administrative fee of 33 percent will be charged for orders canceled prior to the start of the project for reasons unrelated to the design service itself.

Please be aware that Emergent Digital retains the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any proposal or to end the agreement. You will no longer be permitted to use the designs for any reason once you receive a refund since Web Design Sigma will own the designs exclusively. The designs will remain fully owned by the corporation.

If any services don’t fall under the policy of 100% refund for unsatisfactory results, the management of Web Design Sigma might opt to grant the customer a partial refund after reviewing the project.

We promise to reply to your refund request as soon as we receive it. We shall carry out the required analysis and then carry out the reimbursement procedure in compliance with the previously mentioned return policy. Within 24 hours of making your order, you must submit a refund request in order to obtain a complete refund if you need to cancel a project before it starts for reasons unrelated to the service itself. If you seek cancellation after the first 24-hour period, you will be charged a service fee for failing to do so.You won’t be entitled to any rights to the designs that Web Design Sigma submitted after you get your refund unless both the client and the business agree in writing. To verify legality, the data will be sent to government copyright agencies for copyright acquisition.

DELIVERY GUIDELINES :

On the date indicated in the Order Confirmation, the complete order will be sent to the designated account, along with a confirmation email.

The turnaround time will vary according to the package you have chosen, but it must be completed within a minimum of two business days.

A website won’t go live until all funds have been received. If there are any unpaid fees, a website will never be activated.

DESIGN RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP

Only after receiving a formal request for finalization will Emergent Digital supply the customer with the completed designs. The client will then possess all final core files of the logo and all associated rights.

The finished design that Emergent Digital provides will be fully owned by the customer.

The finished design will be fully owned by the client.

The completed design is the client’s to use anyway they like.

Any media, documents, or other content created throughout any iteration cycles leading up to the finished product will not belong to the customer.

POPULATION & CONTENT CREATION

Unless this service has been paid for entirely, Emergent Digital will not be in charge of producing or adding material (such as text or photographs) to the website. If you have paid for this service, the following conditions are applicable:

The material on the website will be generated by Emergent Digital specifically for the customer.

The text or material on the website will be written especially for the website of the client.

Images will be added to the website by Emergent Digital will purchase stock photos from websites that offer them to the client.

Images can only be bought with the client’s approval.

If photographs on the website resemble those of any other person, Emergent Digital will not be held accountable.

Emergent Digital will load the website with products and their details, but the client will supply the product photographs and details.

POLICY FOR N.D.A. AND REPUTATION MANAGEMENT:

Emergent Digital guarantees the privacy and non-disclosure of the client’s personal and project information.

Emergent Digital and the customer agree that they will not purposefully degrade or slander one another in relation to any issues that may occur after the project is successfully completed.

Both parties commit to refraining from speaking negatively about the customer or any of the company’s officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors, or business partners once the project is successfully completed. Web Design Sigma will make a good faith effort to guarantee that its directors and officers .

RECORD MANAGEMENT :

You may easily get in touch with the Emergent Digital and ask for the precise file if you ever need to see your finished design files. They should be able to find and send you the necessary design files very fast because they have their records on hand.

POLICY FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Emergent Digital primary goal is to provide clients with design services and consulting. In addition to creating and constructing the services the client requests, in certain circumstances our packages may also include technological components that support email and website operations. Emergent Digitalwill give the customer basic details about these services along with the configurations that need to be made in order for them to work as intended. Please be aware, nevertheless, that we do not provide in-depth instruction or lessons. Emergent Digital may provide the following services, albeit they are not exclusive to:

WEBSITE IMPLEMENTATION

The customer’s website will be launched by Emergent Digital on a sample hosting server that we supply.

The client will receive the test hosting service for the demo website from Emergent Digital free of charge. Until the client’s websites become live on their independently purchased hosting from us or from another hosting provider, this service will be offered.

Please be aware that Emergent Digital will not be responsible for any server or hosting-related issues if the website is hosted on a third-party web server that the customer has purchased.

Unless it is explicitly ordered as an ongoing maintenance service, Emergent Digital and the client do not have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for technical support or service outages.

A system for managing a website’s content is called a content management system (CMS).

The Emergent Digital firm will offer a user guide to the client, which will aid them in operating the Content Management System (CMS) for the website.

It is not the obligation of Emergent Digital to provide training to the client regarding the aforementioned Website Content Management System (CMS).

EMAIL CONFIGURATION

Emergent Digital will offer the client with the needed knowledge and setups to install the emails on their own. It is not the obligation of Emergent Digital to install the stated emails on the client’s end. We host our emails on public servers that are accessible to any service provider; therefore, Emergent Digital is not responsible for providing technical support or aid in addressing issues related to email usage.

POLICY ON COMMUNICATION

Only official emails, such info@emergentdigitalltd.com, should be used for legitimate correspondence. We disclaim all liability for any harm, problems, or delays resulting from communication channels that we did not offer. Every piece of information that is shared via our official domains is our responsibility. Since we operate in a global market, our personnel may employ pseudonyms while communicating with consumers from different locations in order to allow better communication.
